1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms apply to all use of the gb99app platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino gaming, participation in promotions, and any interaction with gb99app customer support. These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between you and gb99app.

gb99app reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their English-language meaning. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated or summarised version, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Platform Availability

gb99app is an online gaming and sports betting platform made available to eligible players in Bangladesh. Access to the platform is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security purposes, regulatory compliance, or any other reason we deem necessary, with or without prior notice. gb99app shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.

1.2 Language & Currency

The official language of the gb99app platform is English. All communications, support interactions, and legal documents are conducted in English. The primary operating currency for Bangladeshi players is the Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Players who deposit or withdraw in USDT will see amounts displayed in both USDT and the BDT equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the gb99app platform, you must create a personal account. Account registration is free and open to eligible players who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. gb99app strictly prohibits participation by anyone under the age of 18. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the age of 18 to gamble.
• You are registering for yourself as an individual and not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through gb99app or any other gaming platform.
• You have not previously had a gb99app account closed for a breach of these Terms.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on gb99app. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of any bonus balances, and the voiding of any bets placed using funds deposited into duplicate accounts. If you believe a second account has been created using your personal details without your authorisation, contact support immediately at [email protected].

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

gb99app operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card or valid passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number)

Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested may result in temporary account restriction until documents are received and reviewed. Verification is always required before your first withdrawal is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or delay withdrawal of funds until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are obligated to ensure that all information held on your gb99app account is accurate and current. If your contact details, payment methods, or personal information change, you must update your account profile promptly. gb99app will not be responsible for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or account access issues arising from outdated account information provided by the player.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

gb99app supports a range of payment methods designed to serve the needs of players across Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the payment processing rules of the relevant method and are subject to the limits and timescales set out below.

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit ৳200. Deposits credited within 30 seconds on average.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank. Minimum deposit ৳1,000. Processing time within 30 minutes during banking hours.
• USDT (TRC-20): Minimum deposit equivalent to ৳500. Credited instantly upon blockchain confirmation.
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard accepted for eligible players. Processed via 3D Secure. Minimum deposit equivalent to ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours to your verified payment method, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has passed all required KYC verification steps.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for MFS methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• Deposited funds must have been wagered at least once in real-money play before a withdrawal request can be submitted. This is a basic anti-money-laundering requirement and is not a bonus wagering condition.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• USDT withdrawals to TRC-20 wallet addresses are typically processed within one hour of approval.

3.3 Currencies & Conversion

gb99app operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) as its primary currency for local players. USDT deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit. Conversion rates are displayed transparently in the deposit confirmation screen. gb99app does not charge a conversion fee, but the applied rate may differ slightly from published exchange benchmarks due to processing costs.

3.4 Refused Deposits & Chargebacks

gb99app reserves the right to refuse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with criminal activity, or in breach of any applicable payment processing rules. Any player who initiates a chargeback, reversal, or dispute against a deposit made to gb99app will have their account immediately suspended and the full disputed amount, plus any associated processing fees, will be deducted from their available balance. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

4. Bonus & Promotions Policy

gb99app offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of opt-in, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general policy, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the gb99app welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance. The bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited. Games with an RTP above 97% or listed as excluded titles in the promotion page do not contribute to wagering requirements.

4.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless otherwise specified by a promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the stated wagering conditions.
• gb99app reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if we have reason to believe the bonus is being abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith.
• Players who have activated a self-exclusion or deposit limit at the maximum threshold are not eligible to receive bonus communications.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support immediately. gb99app reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited incorrectly, regardless of whether it has been wagered.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

gb99app employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Patterns that may indicate abuse include — but are not limited to — placing equal and opposite bets on the same event across multiple accounts, claiming bonuses using multiple identities or payment methods, or using an automated betting tool to systematically meet wagering requirements with minimal risk. Accounts found to have abused bonuses will have their bonus balance forfeited and may be subject to permanent closure.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using gb99app, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on gb99app, whether in your own name or under any alias or third-party identity.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account.
• Match-fixing and arbitrage abuse: Placing bets in coordination with others to exploit pricing errors, or participating in any scheme designed to fix, manipulate, or predict the outcome of sporting events through insider information or collusion.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering software, or any automated tool to place bets, exploit in-play latency, or systematically identify and act on pricing errors faster than a human player could.
• Money laundering: Using gb99app as a mechanism to deposit, circulate, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. gb99app is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Harassment and abusive conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language at support agents, other players, or any representative of gb99app.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to access, copy, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the gb99app platform, codebase, API, or proprietary software.

gb99app reserves the right to investigate any account it reasonably suspects of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, account access, deposits, and withdrawals may be suspended. If a breach is confirmed, gb99app may void all associated bets, forfeit all balances, permanently close the account, and share relevant information with law enforcement or payment processors as required by law.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

6.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your gb99app account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method. Real-money balances will be returned to you net of any outstanding bonus obligations. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, all marketing communications will cease, and you will not be able to create a new account on gb99app. Please see our Responsible Gaming page for full details on self-exclusion tools.

6.3 Closure by gb99app

gb99app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent or criminal purposes.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months and has a zero balance.
• We are required to do so by a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Where gb99app closes an account for reasons other than a player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the gb99app platform — including but not limited to the gb99app brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of gb99app or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, republish, scrape, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit any part of the gb99app platform without our prior written consent. Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to gb99app regarding the platform may be used by us freely without any obligation to compensate you, cite you, or maintain confidentiality around your submission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gb99app's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your gb99app account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gb99app shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings arising from a technical fault, game error, or platform outage.
• Loss of data or account access caused by a player's own failure to maintain password security.
• Financial loss resulting from a player's failure to read or understand these Terms or any promotion-specific terms.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors (bKash, Nagad, banks, or blockchain networks).
• Loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, regulatory intervention, or acts of God.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. gb99app does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8.1 Governing Principles

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and good faith. gb99app is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.
